RickSchaff.com is owned and operated by Rick Schaff in Tampa, Florida. This page explains what information this website collects, why, and what I do with it.
What I collect
Information you send me. When you fill out a form on this site, such as the 6:20 Health Clubs partner form, I receive what you enter: your name, email address, and message, plus your phone number and organization if you choose to include them.
Basic technical information. Like most websites, this site and its hosting and security providers automatically record standard technical details such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit. This is used to keep the site running, secure, and fast.
Cookies. The site uses a small number of cookies needed for it to work properly. I do not use advertising cookies.
How I use it
I use the information you send me only to read and respond to your message, follow up on the inquiry you made, and keep a record of our correspondence. I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and I do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be added.
Who else may see it
Form messages are delivered to my email inbox. The site is hosted by GoDaddy and protected by Cloudflare, which process technical data on my behalf. Links to other sites, such as Amazon for my books and YouTube for my videos, take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Your choices
You can ask me at any time to tell you what information I have from you, to correct it, or to delete it. Just email me and I will take care of it.
