The Four Pillars of Health under one roof: Light, Nutrition, Movement, and Faith.
I envision something that doesn’t exist yet.
The four pillars were never meant to stay on a page. I believe they belong under one roof, in a community that lives them every day. The messaging throughout the club is uplifting, and it creates an atmosphere of joy and peace, a higher frequency that members feel the moment they walk in. I envision this project as a center for genuine healing in every way possible – mind, body and soul.
I want to build that place. I call it 6:20 Health Clubs. The name comes from 1 Corinthians 6:20: You were bought at a price, therefore honor God with your body. Your body is a gift, and taking care of it is an act of worship. Our motto is Health Over Ego.
Light, Nutrition, Movement, and Faith
I see a health club built on Light, Nutrition, Movement, and Faith. This is my main project from here on. It brings together all of my skillsets and everything I’ve done: decades of experience inside the health & fitness industry, my training in holistic nutrition, the faith that holds it all together and propels it forward. I believe it will help a lot of people, and I intend to build it.
More than a gym
But 6:20 is more than a gym. I want it to be an outreach center, a Dream Center for health & fitness. I was part of The Dream Center in Los Angeles, and I saw what happens when a church opens its doors to the people who need it most. I want to do that as well. In Misled I wrote that if you believe God has a plan for your life, then you need to understand the body He gave you is your vehicle. If your vehicle keeps breaking down, you won’t be able to get where God wants you to go. 6:20 will be the most complete full-service “engine & body” repair station ever created.
The vision
I envision a glass-front club where free weights sit beneath Bible-hero murals and Scripture on the walls, a chapel for prayer and sermons on health topics, a central organic coffee and tea shop that ties our community together. Outside, training grounds open to the sunrise, with a Trinity 20 pavilion, cedar barrel saunas, cold plunges, and a running track. Friday and Saturday night bonfire with praise and worship. Eight to 10 small studios on the grounds would host faith-based fitness retreats for churches, ministries, and families.

It is not built yet. I am declaring this publicly as my mission going forth.
6:20 will be my main focus from this point on. This concept truly is a culmination of everything I have learned, lived, prayed for, desired and dreamed of …
Just imagine.
